Raju T. was born in 1989 in Baruva, Andra Pradesh. With an MFA in painting from the Govt. College of Arts & Crafts, Kolkata, Raju T. has received several awards and scholarships over the years and attended multiple workshops and art fairs. He has won sponsorship awards in painting from State Art Gallery in Hyderabad, the Southzone Gold award in drawing from the Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation. He also received the 46th Birla Academy of Art & Culture award in painting in Kolkata. He also received the National Scholarship by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Culture (H.R.D.) and Lt. Kanoria Scholarship from Ahmedabad. He also participated in the Jaipur Art Summit and the H.E.A.T Asian Contemporary Art Mela in London with several group exhibitions and solo exhibitions in multiple cities pan India and internationally.

Raju lives and works in Hyderabad.
