Influenced by her father's work in theater set design and puppetry, and her mother's graphic design background, Magdalena's art leans towards evocative, non-objective forms. She enjoys experimenting with various techniques and color palettes in her series, maintaining a consistent focus on abstract representations of nature.

Magdalena feels her paintings embody a sense of home, representing a cherished place in the heart where one feels most authentic. She currently lives in Seattle with her husband and two children.
