Vysali received a degree in painting from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, 2011 and received a post graduate degree in graphics from Vishva Bharathi University, Shantiniketan, 2013. Vysali works on the concept of technological interventions and its influences on the society, focusing the experiences and influences of changing lifestyles of the people in the present modern era. Apart from woodcuts and wood engraving panels, Vysali creates collages with paper, wood, mirrors, etc, binding them together to create portraits of a contemporary human.

Vysali lives and worked in Hyderabad, Telangana.
